FCR-4.5 Mining Emulsion Matrix Transport Vehicle

The concrete mixer truck is primarily used for transporting concrete in non-coal mines, with a loading and transportation capacity of 3 m³. It can be used in conjunction with mining concrete spraying trucks to perform functions such as concrete spraying support and backfilling. This product features stable overall performance, a compact size, flexible rotation, convenient relocation during construction, high transportation efficiency, and low construction costs.

KJCJ-3 Mine Concrete Mixing and Transport Vehicle

The KJCJ-2 mine-use concrete mixer transport vehicle is primarily designed for the transportation of ready-mixed concrete, with a loading and transport capacity of 2 m³. The concrete mixing drum is arranged horizontally, significantly reducing the overall vehicle height compared to conventional concrete transport trucks. This unique design makes it particularly well-suited for concrete transportation in underground mines, railway tunnels, subways, and other similar projects. Equipped with a 73.6 kW Yuchai engine, the vehicle can reach a maximum unloaded speed of 18 km/h in horizontal tunnels, and its emissions comply with Euro III standards. The drum is designed with an adjustable tilting support frame, enabling the concrete discharge height to be raised up to 1.4 meters, ensuring smooth material discharge even under challenging working conditions when paired with concrete receiving units. The vehicle can also be used in conjunction with small mine-use concrete spraying machines to perform functions such as concrete spraying for support and backfilling operations.

KJCJ-2 Mine Concrete Mixing and Transport Vehicle

The UCB-0.5(C) underground lifting platform vehicle is a specialized engineering service vehicle developed and designed by our company, taking into account the relevant spatial parameters of shaft and tunnel systems in non-coal mines as well as the structural features and technical specifications of common chassis. It integrates advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources related to boom arms, and is tailored specifically for use in non-coal mines. This vehicle is primarily used for auxiliary operations such as equipment installation, maintenance, and upkeep in shafts and tunnels of non-coal mines. The boom arm structure consists of multiple slewing mechanisms and an adaptive leveling mechanism, enabling the boom arm to swing left and right, tilt up and down, and extend and retract front to back. The suspended basket can rotate horizontally by 180° left and right, and its roof canopy is adjustable in height. As a result, this vehicle offers a wider working area and a more flexible and versatile working platform. The outriggers adopt a gantry-style structural design, providing enhanced structural strength and greater stability during support, thereby ensuring safe operation during lifting and lowering tasks.

UCB-0.5(C) Underground Lift Platform Vehicle

The RU-10 trackless personnel carrier is a commuter vehicle designed and manufactured by our company in strict accordance with relevant national regulations and standards, tailored to the technical requirements of small- and medium-sized mine tunnels. It is intended for transporting work crews to and from underground mining sites. The passenger compartment is equipped with a communication system that facilitates timely communication with the driver ahead, as well as a video surveillance system that enables the driver to promptly monitor and understand the dynamic conditions in the rear compartment. The vehicle features soft-cushioned shock-absorbing seats and two-point seat belts, ensuring both driving comfort and passenger safety. The passenger compartment is fitted with emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and emergency window-breaking hammers—all essential safety devices. Depending on the actual operating environment and conditions, the vehicle can be optionally equipped with either a cooling or heating air-conditioning system.

Based on the actual needs of certain mining areas requiring elevated work, and taking into account the structural features of the 4T universal chassis, our company has developed this underground lift platform vehicle. It can be widely used in various construction operations, such as equipment maintenance and mechanical installation. This platform boasts several key features: simple structure, stable support, smooth lifting and lowering, large load capacity, spacious platform area, and easy operation.

UC-2C Underground Lift Platform Vehicle

The CY-3000/3000(A) mine diesel engine-powered, trackless fuel transport vehicle is a non-coal mine fuel transporter independently developed and designed by our company in accordance with relevant national regulations and tailored to the actual operational needs of small- and medium-sized mine enterprises in narrow underground tunnels. It is primarily used for the transportation and storage of petroleum products such as diesel and lubricating oils. Essentially, it functions as a mobile refueling station, capable of supplying fuel to vehicles in need anytime and anywhere. The tank body is manufactured by a qualified enterprise and is made of high-strength carbon steel. Inside the tank, anti-wave baffles are installed. The tank opening is equipped with a breather valve and an oil filling port, and the tank features a conveniently visible fuel level gauge. The entire vehicle is fitted with an antistatic device and a fire extinguisher. The refueling system consists of a hydraulically driven control unit and a fuel nozzle metering device that we have designed ourselves. This system boasts a simple structure, exceptional durability, and requires no maintenance. Additionally, upon customer request, we can equip the vehicle with a 24V electric-drive and electronically controlled refueling unit.

CY-3000/3000(A) Mine Diesel Railless Fuel Transport Vehicle

The FCB-1.5(A)/2.5/3(A) mine-use diesel-engine trackless blasting equipment transport vehicle is a specialized trackless transport vehicle for non-coal mines, developed and designed by our company in compliance with relevant national safety certification standards, taking into account the structural characteristics of the 4T universal chassis and its associated technical parameters. It is primarily used for transporting mining explosives and related detonating devices. The vehicle’s cargo compartment has been specially developed and designed by a professional institution, manufactured by a qualified enterprise, and has undergone relevant testing, inspection, and certification, ensuring reliable safety protection performance. The compartment frame is constructed from high-strength profiles and plates, featuring a range of protective features including fire-retardant and flame-resistant properties, rainproof design, prevention of static electricity sparks, resistance to impact and heavy pressure, as well as smoke and fire alarms and anti-theft alarms.

The 4T universal chassis is a specialized transportation vehicle designed and developed by our company based on the operational conditions of small- and medium-sized underground mine tunnels, using a modular design approach. It features a compact vehicle body, strong load-carrying capacity, and a small turning radius. Depending on actual operational needs, it can be equipped with various fixed superstructures (such as 2.5T and 3T explosive equipment boxes, 3-cubic-meter oil tanks, etc.). Alternatively, a retractable hook-arm system can be installed on the chassis, allowing for the quick interchangeability of diverse independent superstructures (including 2.5T and 3T explosive equipment boxes, 3-cubic-meter oil tanks, etc.) via pallets. The retractable hook-arm system boasts a simple structure, convenient operation, high loading and unloading efficiency, a high degree of mechanization, and significant labor savings.

4T Universal Chassis Modular System

The FQ series lifting vehicles are underground mobile lifting equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company specifically for the hoisting operations of downhole drilling rig cutterheads and other auxiliary equipment in non-coal mines. They represent a leading product currently available in China for mobile lifting applications in the underground environments of non-coal mines. The model currently in standardized production is the FQ-9000 lifting vehicle.
