Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of acceptance and qualification of the equipment, covering defects, malfunctions, and damages caused by non-human factors such as design, manufacturing processes, and materials. During this period, all repair and replacement costs will be borne by us, relieving you of any post-installation concerns.

2. Warranty for Potential Defects: The expiration of the warranty period does not signify the end of our responsibility. If, under normal operating conditions and proper operation and maintenance, a failure occurs due to potential defects in design, materials, or manufacturing processes (excluding abnormal aging or wear), we will provide free and timely repair or replacement services—regardless of whether the issue arises after the warranty period has expired—thus effectively mitigating risks at their root cause.

3. Overdue Service Commitment: After the warranty period expires, we will continue to supply genuine replacement parts at cost-only pricing, offering transparent pricing and high-quality service to help you reduce your long-term operating costs.

3. Response Speed: Act efficiently and live up to expectations.

1. Immediate responses to fault inquiries; our professional technical team conducts quick preliminary diagnoses via telephone communication.

2. For on-site service, qualified professionals will arrive at the site within 24 hours to efficiently resolve issues and troubleshoot faults, minimizing downtime losses to the greatest extent possible.

3. If the defects are not rectified within 48 hours, you may take the necessary remedial measures, and we shall bear all associated risks and costs in full.

1. Free Training and Guidance: Upon arrival of the equipment, we provide lifelong free technical services, including specialized training for operators and maintenance personnel on operational procedures, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring that your team becomes proficient in using the equipment.

Regular Inspections and Follow-ups: Establish a routine service mechanism by providing two free on-site inspections annually and conducting at least one monthly phone follow-up along with periodic inspections by after-sales personnel. Proactively identify potential issues to prevent problems before they arise.

3. Long-term service guarantee: After the warranty period, labor costs and spare parts expenses will remain stable for two years, eliminating arbitrary price hikes and providing you with reliable support for cost planning.
