The concrete mixer truck is primarily used for transporting concrete in non-coal mines, with a loading and transportation capacity of 3 m³. It can be used in conjunction with mining concrete spraying trucks to perform functions such as concrete spraying support and backfilling. This product boasts stable overall performance, a compact size, flexible maneuverability, ease of relocation between construction sites, high transportation efficiency, and low construction costs.
Product Technical Features:
1. The entire vehicle consists of a front frame, a rear frame, a sealed cab, and various types of superstructures. The front and rear frames are connected via an intermediate hinge joint, featuring a simple structure that is safe, stable, and reliable. The vehicle’s overall structure is made from high-strength structural steel and is welded using gas-shielded welding technology. All welded components undergo heat treatment to relieve and release residual welding stresses, thereby eliminating them completely.
2. The powertrain features a 125kW (China IV) Cummins engine, paired with an integrated torque converter transmission and a fully enclosed wet-type drive axle. It boasts dual front and rear drive axles and four-wheel drive, delivering powerful performance.
3. The electrical system uses a 24V power supply, and the wiring harness connecting all electrical components is waterproof (with an IPX4 protection rating). Flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free wires suitable for mining applications are employed. An electrical interlock is installed between the diesel engine and the starter motor to ensure safe starting procedures. The entire system utilizes renowned domestic and international brands to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the electrical system and to ensure electrical safety.
4. The hydraulic system consists of a braking hydraulic system, a steering hydraulic system, and an upper-body hydraulic system. The braking hydraulic system includes service brakes and parking brakes. The steering hydraulic system employs full-hydraulic steering.
5. The cab is a fully enclosed design, certified to meet FOPS and ROPS standards, offering excellent visibility and a high level of operational safety. It effectively reduces noise and dust hazards, and is equipped with air conditioning and a pneumatically suspended seat to ensure driving comfort.
6. The concrete mixing drum is arranged horizontally, significantly reducing the overall vehicle height compared to conventional concrete transport trucks. As a result, this vehicle is better suited for concrete transportation in underground non-coal mines. Its transportation capacity exceeds 3 m³, and the residual discharge rate is less than 3%.
