The FQ series lifting vehicles are underground mobile lifting equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company specifically for the lifting operations of downhole drilling rig cutterheads and other auxiliary equipment in non-coal mines. They represent the leading domestically available solution for mobile lifting applications in the underground environments of non-coal mines. Currently, the FQ-9000 model has been finalized and is in production. These vehicles feature Eagle-style balancing dynamics, a specialized chassis structural design, high-strength structural materials, advanced manufacturing and processing technologies, and versatile, safe, reliable, and stable working attachments.
Product Technical Features:
1. Equipped with a specialized lifting boom that features stable and reliable performance and high operational efficiency. It can meet the lifting requirements for downhole re-entry drilling rigs and other auxiliary equipment.
2. The scientifically and rationally designed structure maximizes compliance with the operational requirements of various mine underground roadway conditions, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage for parallel tunnel operations. The universal chassis design enables interchangeability of the working equipment components. Equipped with a fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection) and a matching MICO braking system from the U.S., this system boasts stable and superior safety performance, placing it at the forefront of the industry. Structural components are fabricated using high-strength structural steel, employing stamping and gas-shielded welding technologies. After rigorous strength verification and stress aging treatment, these components meet the highest standards of durability and reliability.

3. The entire crane vehicle is equipped with a high-tech torque limiter that precisely monitors the lifting torque, ensuring operational safety during equipment use.
4. The front end of the lifting arm can be equipped with a height-access boom and a self-balancing aerial work platform according to customer requirements, enabling high-altitude operations.

The key components of the hydraulic system—including the rock breaker, piston pump, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulically controlled multi-way valve, electrically controlled proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve, and braking system—are all sourced from reputable domestic and imported brands. These components boast reliable quality and performance, high safety margins, energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and smooth operational control.

Depending on actual operational needs, it can be equipped with various fixed superstructures (such as 3T and 5T blasting equipment containers, 3-cubic-meter and 4-cubic-meter oil tanks, and 2T scissor-lift platforms). Alternatively, a retractable hook-arm system can be installed on the chassis, allowing for the quick interchangeability of various independent superstructures—such as 3T and 5T blasting equipment containers or 3-cubic-meter and 4-cubic-meter oil tanks—via pallets.
