The mine-mounted crushing carriage is one of our company’s independently developed and produced UPT series products (available in two models: UPT-154/5100 with China Stage III engine, and UPT-154/5100(A) with China Stage IV engine). It is also currently the leading product in China for mobile crushing operations underground in non-coal mines. Featuring a specialized chassis design, high-strength structural materials, and advanced manufacturing technologies, this equipment boasts remarkable characteristics such as safety, reliability, stable performance, and economical operation. It can completely replace manual crushing operations and secondary blasting, and is widely used for the secondary crushing of oversized rocks (ore) in underground mining, tunneling projects, quarries, and other similar applications in non-coal mines.

Product Technical Features:

1. Optionally equipped with Korean (GBT-series) engineering rock breakers, which feature stable and reliable performance as well as high operational efficiency. Depending on the specific rock hardness coefficient, you can select the appropriate breaker model to handle rock (ore) crushing with a hardness coefficient of up to f20.

2. The scientifically and rationally designed structure maximizes compliance with the operational requirements of various mine underground roadways, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage conditions for roadway operations. The universal chassis design enables interchangeability of the working equipment components. Equipped with a fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection) and paired with the U.S.-made MICO braking system, this vehicle boasts stable and superior safety performance, placing it at the forefront of the industry. The structural components are fabricated using high-strength structural steel stamping processes, combined with specialized welding techniques and stress-relief aging treatments, enabling them to withstand heavy loads.

3. The working arm features a specially designed structure with an effective reach of 3,448 mm and a swing angle of ±30 degrees, providing extensive coverage. It can withstand high-intensity impact forces, meeting the requirements for freely manipulating rocks.

4. The key components of the hydraulic system—including the breaker hammer, piston pump, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulically controlled multi-way valve, electrically controlled proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve, and braking system—are all sourced from high-quality domestic and imported brands. These components boast reliable quality and performance, a high safety factor, energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and smooth operation.

5. The system oil temperature is controlled using air-cooling technology, which is scientifically sound, reasonably designed, and features low operation and maintenance costs.

6. The cab and control system feature a well-designed, ergonomically optimized layout. Equipped with a sealed, air-conditioned cab, centralized controls, and video-assisted features, the design ensures convenient, comfortable, and effortless operation.

7. The entire vehicle is coated with a rigorous shot-blasting rust removal process followed by the application of anti-rust paint, meeting the marine vessel-grade requirements. This significantly enhances the equipment’s resistance to rust and corrosion under various operating conditions, thereby extending its service life.
