The KJCJ-2 mine-use concrete mixer transport vehicle is primarily used for transporting ready-mixed concrete, with a loading and transportation capacity of 2 m³.
The concrete mixing drum is arranged horizontally, significantly reducing the overall vehicle height compared to conventional concrete transport trucks. This unique design makes it particularly well-suited for transporting concrete in underground mines, railway tunnels, subways, and other similar projects.
Equipped with a 73.6 kW Yuchai engine, the vehicle can reach a maximum no-load speed of 18 km/h in horizontal tunnels and meets Euro III emission standards.
The tank body is designed with an adjustable tilting bracket that can raise the concrete discharge height up to 1.4 meters, ensuring smooth material discharge even under challenging working conditions when paired with concrete receiving units. It can be used in conjunction with small mine-concrete spraying vehicles to perform functions such as concrete spray support and backfilling.
Product Technical Features:
1. The entire vehicle consists of a front frame, a rear frame, a sealed cab, and various types of superstructures. The front and rear frames are connected via an intermediate hinge joint, featuring a simple, safe, stable, and reliable structure. The vehicle’s overall structure is made from high-strength structural steel and welded using gas-shielded welding technology. All welded components undergo heat treatment to relieve and release residual welding stresses, thereby eliminating them completely. The cabs have been tested and certified according to FOPS and ROPS standards, providing robust safety protection for both the driver and passengers. The cab features a rational ergonomic layout and centralized control design, equipped with shock-absorbing seats and air-conditioning with cooling function (optional heating system available). This design ensures ease of operation during driving and offers a comfortable driving environment for the driver and passengers.
2. The powertrain features a 73.6 kW Yuchai engine paired with an integrated torque converter transmission and a fully enclosed wet-type drive axle (with normally closed wet brakes). It boasts dual front-and-rear drive axles and four-wheel drive, delivering powerful performance.
3. The electrical system uses a 24V power supply, and the wiring harness connecting all electrical components is waterproof (with an IPX4 protection rating). Flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free wires suitable for mining environments are employed. An electrical interlock is installed between the diesel engine and the starter motor to ensure safe starting procedures. The entire system utilizes renowned domestic and international brands to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the electrical system and to ensure electrical safety.
4. The hydraulic system consists of a braking hydraulic system, a steering hydraulic system, and an upper-body hydraulic system. The braking hydraulic system includes service brakes and parking brakes. The steering hydraulic system employs full-hydraulic steering.
5. All components of the vehicle undergo rigorous preliminary treatment processes, such as shot blasting to remove rust, before being coated with anti-rust paint and topcoat. This enhances the equipment’s resistance to rust and corrosion under various operating conditions, thereby extending its service life.
6. The vehicle features a compact overall structural size and a small turning radius, making it particularly well-suited for transporting concrete in medium- and small-sized wells, tunnels, as well as railway and subway tunnels.
