Product Technical Features:

1. The entire vehicle consists of a front frame, a rear frame, a sealed cab, and various types of superstructures. The front and rear frames are connected via an intermediate hinge joint, featuring a simple structure that is safe, stable, and reliable. The vehicle’s overall structure is made from high-strength structural steel and welded using gas-shielded welding technology. All welded components undergo heat treatment to relieve and release residual welding stresses, thereby eliminating them completely. The cab has been tested and certified according to FOPS and ROPS standards, providing robust safety protection for both the driver and passengers. The cab is equipped with shock-absorbing seats and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable driving environment for the occupants. The instrument panel is arranged logically, making it easy and convenient for the driver to observe and operate during driving.

2. The powertrain features a 97kW (96kW—China IV) Cummins engine paired with an integrated torque converter transmission and a fully enclosed wet-type drive axle (with normally closed wet brakes). It boasts dual front-and-rear drive axles and full-time four-wheel drive, delivering powerful performance.

3. The electrical system uses a 24V power supply, and the wiring harness connecting all electrical components is waterproof (with an IPX4 protection rating). Flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free wires suitable for mining environments are employed. An electrical interlock is installed between the diesel engine and the starter motor to ensure safe starting procedures. The entire system utilizes renowned domestic and international brands to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the electrical system and to ensure electrical safety.

4. The hydraulic system consists of a braking hydraulic system, a steering hydraulic system, and a superstructure hydraulic system. The braking hydraulic system includes both service brakes and parking brakes. The steering hydraulic system employs full-hydraulic steering.

5. All components of the vehicle undergo rigorous preliminary treatment processes, including shot blasting to remove rust, before being coated with anti-rust paint and topcoat. This enhances the equipment’s resistance to rust and corrosion under various operating conditions, thereby extending its service life.
