The UPT series mining crushing carts are underground mobile hydraulic crushing equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company specifically for the secondary crushing of oversized rock (ore) extracted from underground mines in non-coal mines. They represent a leading product currently available in China for mobile underground crushing operations in non-coal mines. The main models currently in standardized production include the 1350, 2000, 2950, and 5100 models. These models feature a specialized chassis design, high-strength structural materials, and advanced manufacturing and processing technologies, exhibiting remarkable characteristics such as high safety, stable performance, and cost-effective operation. They can completely replace manual crushing operations and secondary blasting, and are widely used for the secondary crushing of oversized rock (ore) in underground mining, tunneling projects, quarries, and other similar applications in non-coal mines.
Product Technical Features:
1. Optionally equipped with Korean (GBT-series) engineering rock breakers, which offer stable and reliable performance and high operational efficiency. Depending on the specific rock hardness coefficient, you can select the appropriate breaker model to handle rock (ore) with a hardness coefficient of up to f12.
2. The scientifically and rationally designed structure maximizes compliance with various operational conditions underground mine tunnels, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage requirements for tunnel operations. The universal chassis design allows for interchangeability of the working equipment components. Equipped with a fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection) and paired with the U.S.-made MICO braking system, this equipment boasts stable and superior safety performance, placing it at the forefront of the industry. The structural components are fabricated using high-strength structural steel stamping processes, combined with specialized welding techniques and stress-relief aging treatments, enabling them to withstand heavy loads effectively.
3. The working arm features a special design, achieving an effective reach of 2512 mm and a swing angle of ±30 degrees. It offers a large coverage area, can withstand high-intensity impact forces, and meets the requirements for freely maneuvering rocks.
4. The key components of the hydraulic system—including the breaker hammer, piston pump, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulically controlled multi-way valve, electrically controlled proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve, and braking system—are all sourced from reputable domestic and imported brands. These components boast reliable quality and performance, high safety margins, energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and smooth operation.
5. The system oil temperature is controlled using air-cooling technology, which is scientifically sound, reasonably designed, and features low operation and maintenance costs.
6. The cab and control system feature a rational ergonomic layout, centralized controls, video assistance, and other advanced design configurations, making operation convenient, comfortable, and effortless.
7. The entire vehicle is coated with a rigorous process that includes shot blasting for rust removal and application of anti-rust paint, meeting the standards required for marine vessels. This enhances the equipment’s resistance to rust and corrosion under various operating conditions, thereby extending its service life.
