The roof-cleaning trolley is one of the XMPYT series products independently developed and manufactured by our company (divided into XMPYT-96/700 for China IV engines and XMPYT-97/700 for China III engines). It is also a specialized piece of equipment widely used in domestic non-coal mines for addressing potential hazards such as roof falls and sidewall collapses in mine tunnels. Commonly known as tunnel cleaning machines or roof-cleaning trolleys, the currently standardized production models include: (1) the standard model, suitable for underground tunnels with roof-clearing heights ranging up to 9 meters; (2) the high-end model, also suitable for underground tunnels with roof-clearing heights up to 9 meters. Further refined subcategories based on application conditions include general-purpose models, models designed for high-altitude climates, models for high-temperature environments, and remote-control operation models.
Product technical features:
1. The scientifically and rationally designed structure maximizes compliance with the operational requirements of various underground mine roadways, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage conditions for parallel tunnel operations. Specifically, the dedicated chassis, front-mounted bulldozer blade, fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection), and matching MICO braking system from the U.S., along with the remote control operating device, ensure safety, stability, and reliability, placing this equipment at the forefront of the industry.
2. Utilizing a high-strength structural steel stamping process, combined with specialized welding techniques and stress aging treatment, the vehicle’s structural components have undergone strength verification and are capable of withstanding heavy loads.
3. The scientific design of the working arm structure is matched with the rotary design of the specialized chipping impactor, providing extensive coverage and meeting the requirements for all-around chipping and hazard removal operations.
4. The key components of the hydraulic system—including the rock-breaking impactor, hydraulic oil pump, spool-type proportional control lever, solenoid valve assembly, hydraulically controlled multi-way valve, priority valve assembly, rotary reducer, swing cylinder and hydraulic cylinder, and braking system—are all sourced from high-quality domestic and imported brands. These components boast reliable quality and performance, a high safety factor, energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and smooth operation.
5. The system oil temperature is controlled using air-cooling technology, which is scientifically sound, reasonably designed, and features low operation and maintenance costs.
6. The cab and control system feature a well-designed ergonomic layout, equipped with a sealed air-conditioned cab, centralized controls, and remote operation capabilities—all of which are scientifically arranged for comfort and ease of use. The entire vehicle boasts safe and stable operation, flexible maneuverability, remote control functionality, rapid evacuation capability, and robust protective features, fully highlighting the characteristics of modern mechanized equipment.
7. The entire vehicle is coated using technical standards for marine vessel rust prevention. After rigorous shot blasting to remove rust and application of anti-rust paint, the equipment exhibits enhanced rust and corrosion resistance under various operating conditions, resulting in a longer service life.
8. Optional features include: sealed cab (with heating and air conditioning) and line-of-sight remote control system.
