Product Technical Features:

1. The scientifically and rationally designed structure maximizes compliance with the operational requirements of various underground mine conditions, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage through parallel roadways. Specifically, the dedicated chassis, front-mounted bulldozer blade, fully sealed wet brakes, and matching MICO braking system from the U.S., along with the remote control operating device, ensure safety, stability, and reliability—placing this equipment at the forefront of the industry.

2. Utilizing a high-strength structural steel stamping process, combined with specialized welding techniques and stress aging treatment, the vehicle’s structural components have undergone strength verification and are capable of withstanding heavy loads.

3. The scientific design of the working arm structure is matched with the rotary design of the specialized chipping and impact tool, providing a large coverage area and meeting the requirements for all-around chipping and hazard removal operations.

4. The key components of the hydraulic system—including the rock-breaking impactor, hydraulic oil pump, spool-type proportional control lever, solenoid valve assembly, hydraulically controlled multi-way valve, priority valve assembly, rotary reducer, swing cylinder and hydraulic cylinder, and braking system—are all sourced from high-quality domestic and imported brands. These components boast reliable quality and performance, a high safety factor, energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and smooth operation.

5. The system oil temperature is controlled using air-cooling technology, which is scientifically sound, reasonably designed, and features low operation and maintenance costs.

6. The cab and control system feature a well-designed, ergonomically optimized layout. The sealed, air-conditioned cab, centralized controls, and remote operation capabilities are all scientifically arranged and configured for maximum comfort and ease of use.
