The mine concrete spraying vehicle is a specialized product developed for concrete spraying operations in underground projects such as mine shafts, tunnels, and other subterranean structures.
The mining concrete spraying vehicle integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. It mainly consists of a walking chassis, a concrete conveying unit, an air compressor, and a spraying boom. Additionally, it is equipped with a hydrostatic lubrication system, an additive delivery system, a cable reel, material hoses, and other components. With its comprehensive functionality and unique design, this vehicle fully meets the requirements of concrete spraying operations and is adaptable to various working conditions.
This product is based on the principle of wet concrete spraying, in which a pre-mixed and thoroughly blended concrete mixture is sprayed onto the working surface using high-pressure air. It boasts advantages such as strong spraying capability, low dust generation, and a low rebound rate. Compared to traditional manual concrete support methods, this approach significantly improves operational efficiency and quality, reduces material and labor costs, markedly enhances working conditions, and lowers safety risks.
Product Technical Features:
1. Dual-drive configuration: It employs both a diesel engine and an electric motor for propulsion—specifically, the diesel engine powers the vehicle’s movement and provides the power required for the working arm to operate in certain modes; while the electric motor supplies power for all operational states of the working arm.
2. A remote visual-range remote control device that allows easy control of the spray arm’s movement.
3. The pumping configuration for liquid additives ensures proportional synchronization with the concrete flow rate.
4. The configured automatic lubrication system effectively ensures the lubrication of the mechanical operating components.
5. The optimally configured pushdrive pump main oil pump can achieve a maximum flow rate of 113 ml/r.
6. A carefully designed hopper agitator that is easy to clean and maintain.
7. The equipped multi-language color display control system conveniently indicates concrete flow rate and additive dosage, and displays fault diagnostics and alarms.
8. The entire vehicle is coated with a rigorous process that includes shot blasting for rust removal and application of anti-rust paint, meeting marine vessel-grade requirements. This enhances the equipment’s rust and corrosion resistance under various operating conditions, extending its service life.
