Product Overview

Detailed product description:
The drilling and blasting vehicle is primarily used for underground rock excavation and hole drilling. It features stable and reliable operation, simple and flexible handling, and high safety standards. The vehicle as a whole boasts excellent crash resistance, low fuel consumption, low overall operating costs, easy operation, a rational structural design, and ease of maintenance and upkeep.

Product technical features:

1. The scientifically and rationally designed structure meets the requirements of various underground mine roadway conditions, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage for parallel tunnel operations. In particular, the dedicated chassis, fully sealed wet brakes, and the matching U.S.-made MICO braking system—characterized by their safety, stability, and reliability—are at the forefront of the industry.

2. Utilizing high-strength structural steel stamping processes, Haoke energy stress aging treatment, and gas-shielded welding technology, the vehicle’s structural components have undergone strength verification and are capable of withstanding heavy loads.

3. This tool employs an imported rock drill, using high-pressure oil as the working medium. Its performance parameters and energy transfer efficiency are significantly higher than those of pneumatic rock drills, with drilling speeds reaching up to twice that of comparable pneumatic rock drills. Thanks to the higher utilization rate of pressure energy transmitted by high-pressure oil, the drill rod can deliver greater impact energy, enabling the drilling operation to be completed in a shorter time.

4. The rotary structure design of the work arm and rock drill covers a large area, thereby increasing the vehicle’s working range.

5. The vehicle is remotely controlled, and the separation of the operator from the vehicle ensures the operator’s safety.

6. The entire vehicle is coated with a rigorous shot-blasting rust removal process, and the anti-rust primer meets the technical requirements for marine vessel standards, thereby enhancing the equipment’s corrosion and rust resistance under various operating conditions and extending its service life.

KJCJ-4.5/4.5(A) Mine Concrete Mixing and Transport Vehicle

The concrete mixer truck is primarily used for transporting concrete in non-coal mines, with a loading and transportation capacity of 4.5 m³. It can be used in conjunction with mining concrete spraying trucks to perform functions such as concrete spraying support and backfilling. Based on practical considerations, taking into account the equipment’s operating environment and working conditions, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, our company has independently developed, designed, and manufactured this concrete mixer truck.

UQC-5 Underground Masonry Multipurpose Vehicle

The underground masonry multi-functional vehicle is a specialized, multi-purpose service vehicle developed and designed by our company for non-coal mine shaft and tunnel engineering, as well as for the construction of water reservoirs and the sealing of mined-out areas. It integrates advanced domestic and international technologies to meet the specific needs of non-coal mine shaft and tunnel projects.

8T Universal Chassis Modular Combination

The 8T universal chassis is a specialized transportation vehicle designed and developed by our company based on the 4T universal chassis, tailored specifically for working conditions in large- and medium-sized underground mine tunnels. Depending on actual operational needs, it can be equipped with various fixed superstructures (such as 3T and 5T blasting equipment containers, 3-cubic-meter and 4-cubic-meter oil tanks, and 2T scissor-lift platforms). Alternatively, a retractable hook-arm system can be installed on the chassis, allowing for the quick interchangeability of various independent superstructures—such as 3T and 5T blasting equipment containers or 3-cubic-meter and 4-cubic-meter oil tanks—via pallets. The retractable hook-arm boasts a simple structure, easy operation, high loading and unloading efficiency, a high degree of mechanization, and significant labor savings.

FCB-3/5/5(A) Mine Diesel Engine Trackless Blasting Equipment Transport Vehicle

The FCB-3/5/5(A) mine-use diesel-engine trackless blasting equipment transport vehicle is a trackless blasting equipment transport vehicle specially designed and developed by our company for non-coal mines. It was designed and developed in compliance with relevant national safety certification standards, taking into account the structural features of the 8T universal chassis and its associated technical parameters. This vehicle is primarily used for transporting mining explosives and related detonating devices.
