The mine charging trolley is a specialized piece of equipment independently developed and designed by our company, based on domestic and international advanced technologies and in compliance with relevant national standards, for the safe loading of explosives in underground blasting operations in non-coal mines. This trolley is suitable for large-capacity loading of emulsion-based explosives in tunnels and underground mine roadways, and features advanced technology, reliable operation, fast charging speed, and ease of control and maneuverability.
Product Technical Features:
1. The explosive charging device was developed and designed by a well-known domestic specialized R&D institution and is manufactured by an enterprise with professional qualifications for producing special equipment, strictly in accordance with the latest national standards and technologies. It features fast charging speed, high packing density, high charging efficiency, excellent blasting performance, and guaranteed operational safety.
2. The vehicle’s overall structural design is scientifically sound and reasonably optimized, maximizing its ability to meet the operational requirements of various underground mine conditions—including turning radii, gradeability, and passage through parallel roadways. A specially designed, height-adjustable work platform has been integrated into the design, enhancing operational efficiency and providing robust safety protection. The dedicated chassis, featuring a fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection) and a matching MICO braking system from the U.S., ensures safety, stability, and reliability, placing this vehicle at the forefront of the industry.
3. Utilizing a high-strength structural steel stamping process, combined with specialized welding techniques and stress aging treatment, the vehicle’s structural components have undergone strength verification and are capable of withstanding heavy loads.

Alternatively, a retractable hook-arm system can be installed on the chassis, allowing for the quick interchangeability of various independent superstructures—such as 3T and 5T blasting equipment containers or 3-cubic-meter and 4-cubic-meter oil tanks—via pallets. The retractable hook-arm boasts a simple structure, easy operation, high loading and unloading efficiency, a high degree of mechanization, and significant labor savings.
