The ammonium oil deep-hole charging trolley is a self-developed device designed by Tianteng Company in response to the current status of underground blasting operations and specifically tailored for medium-to-deep hole charging. This equipment integrates walking, charging operations, dust removal, and charge recovery (for ammonium oil explosives) into a single unit. It enables remote-controlled hole alignment, automatic pipe feeding, automatic pipe retraction, dust removal and charge recovery, as well as automatic explosive loading.

Product technical features:

1. The explosive charging device was developed and designed by a well-known, specialized R&D institution in China and is manufactured by a company with professional expertise in the production of special equipment, strictly adhering to the nation’s latest standards and technologies. It features fast charging speed, high packing density, high charging efficiency, excellent blasting performance, and safe operation with guaranteed compliance.

2. The vehicle’s overall structural design is scientifically sound and reasonably optimized, maximizing compliance with operational requirements under various conditions—including different mine shaft turning radii, uphill gradients, and passage through mine roadways. The specialized chassis design, featuring a fully sealed wet-axle bridge (with fail-safe protection) and a matching MICO braking system from the U.S., ensures safety, stability, and reliability, placing it at the forefront of the industry.

3. The vehicle’s overall control system employs line-of-sight remote control operation, ensuring that operators remain safely away from hazardous areas and effectively safeguarding the personal safety of on-site personnel.

4. The tube-feeding device is independently developed and designed by our company. It features an all-stainless steel construction and incorporates an anti-slip adjustment mechanism that, in conjunction with the tube-reel and flexible drug-tube guiding mechanism, helps operators precisely align holes and quickly load explosives.

This vehicle is equipped with an explosive lifting system that can lift 100 kg of explosives to the mouth of the charging device in one go, significantly reducing workers’ labor intensity and making the charging process faster and more convenient. The system uses a hydraulic lifting mechanism, which features a simple and reliable structure, easy maintenance, and is particularly well-suited for underground working environments. 6. This vehicle is also equipped with a dust removal device that can promptly clean the borehole and backfill material, preventing the spread of dust during operation.
