The mine charging trolley is a specialized piece of equipment independently developed and designed by our company, based on the integration of advanced domestic and international technologies and in compliance with relevant national standards, for the safe loading of explosives in underground blasting operations in non-coal mines. This trolley is suitable for large-capacity loading of ammonium oil explosives in tunnels and underground mine roadways. It features advanced technology, reliable operation, fast charging speed, and ease of control and maneuverability.
Product technical features:
1. The explosive charging device was developed and designed by a well-known domestic specialized R&D institution and is manufactured by an enterprise with professional qualifications for the production of special equipment, strictly in accordance with new national standards and advanced technologies. It features fast charging speed, high packing density, high charging efficiency, excellent blasting performance, and guaranteed operational safety.
2. The overall vehicle structure is scientifically and rationally designed to meet, to the greatest extent possible, the operational requirements of various mining conditions—including turning radii in underground roadways, gradeability, and passage through mine tunnels. A matching, height-adjustable work platform has been designed to enhance operational efficiency and provide safe working protection. The specialized chassis design, fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection), and matched braking system ensure safety, stability, and reliability, placing this vehicle at the forefront of the industry.
3. Utilizing a high-strength structural steel stamping process, combined with specialized welding techniques and stress aging treatment, the vehicle’s structural components have undergone strength verification and are capable of withstanding heavy loads.
4. The cab has been certified to meet FOPS and ROPS standards, providing safety protection for both the driver and passengers.
5. The driving and control system features a well-designed ergonomic layout with a centralized control configuration, making operation convenient, comfortable, and relaxing.
6. The entire vehicle is coated with a rigorous shot-blasting process to remove rust, followed by the application of an anti-rust paint, meeting the requirements for marine vessel standards. This ensures that the equipment provides reliable corrosion protection under various operating conditions.

7. The proportional remote control device allows workers inside the suspended platform to easily control the movement of the work arm and the lifting and lowering of the platform.
