  I. Company Profile

 Company Profile    The company was established in September 2011 and is located at No. 66 Gaoxin Road, Duodao District, High-tech Zone, Jingmen City (direct bus access via city bus lines 59 and 28). The company’s independently developed and produced patented technology-based products have earned 36 national invention patents and were included by the State Administration of Work Safety in 2015 as part of the first batch of products recommended for implementation in mining enterprises to ensure safe production. In 2017, the company was awarded the title of “Hubei Famous Brand Enterprise,” and in 2018, it was selected as a “Hidden Champion” cultivation enterprise in a specific sub-sector of Hubei Province’s pillar industries. It is also one of the key “Gazelle” enterprises being cultivated by Jingmen City.
  The company boasts a strong team of professional R&D experts and a high-tech industry-academia-research base. Its chief expert, Professor Ding Huafeng—holder of dual doctoral degrees from China and Germany—is a renowned doctoral supervisor, a Humboldt Fellow from Germany, a director of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, and the chairman of the Wuhan Society of Mechanical Engineering. He has led 17 national and provincial-level projects and spearheaded the development of several types of mechanical equipment, including China’s first large-scale, independently-owned hydraulic excavator with a positive dipper and a human-robot collaborative robot. The company has obtained 58 national authorized invention patents for innovative mechanical designs and holds copyrights to 18 digital innovation design software programs.
  The company’s self-developed and manufactured product series—including the XMPYT series (remote-controlled) rock-scaling carts, UPT series mining crushing carts, trackless personnel carriers, mining concrete spraying vehicles, trackless diesel-powered fuel transport vehicles for mining, mining concrete mixing and transport vehicles, underground lifting platform vehicles, trackless blasting equipment transport vehicles powered by mining diesel engines, charging carts, splitting machines, and fixed crushing stations—fully integrate advanced technologies from both domestic and international counterparts. These products feature optimized designs and are equipped with digital remote-control module systems, enabling digital remote control operations for underground mining equipment. This fills a significant gap in China’s market in this field, bringing the company’s products to an internationally advanced level. The products have been certified by the National Safety Certification Center and are widely adopted and used in the underground equipment sector of non-coal mines. Thanks to their cutting-edge technology, exceptional quality, and high-quality service, the company’s products hold a 90% share of the domestic market and are exported to numerous countries and regions.

  II. Recruitment and Employment

  Our company’s design capacity: 600 units (sets) of underground mining equipment produced annually, covering an area of over 180 mu. The facilities primarily include: a science and technology building, a staff welfare center, a staff dormitory area, a precision machining workshop, an assembly workshop, and a finished-product warehouse. Based on production and operational needs, we plan to hire skilled workers for production positions in areas such as turning, fitting, riveting, electrical work, welding, and hydraulic assembly, as well as administrative personnel with certain computer office skills and engineering technicians holding degrees in construction machinery (or mechatronics). Among these:

   ⑴ Production personnel: No limit on the number of positions (male applicants only). Candidates with more than 3 years of work experience will be given priority. We will also hire, to a certain extent, graduates from vocational technical schools and retired military personnel. Applicants with experience in the mechanical industry or mechanical assembly will be given preference.

   ⑵ Administrative personnel (copywriters): 2-3 people (female, married, under 35 years old);

   ⑶ Engineering and technical personnel: 3 people (male senior professionals preferred).

  III. Compensation and Benefits

   (1) Compensation Implement a compensation system that combines monthly salary with an annual performance bonus.

   Production staff The monthly salary structure consists of: basic salary + performance-based bonus + skill-level allowance (divided into 3 tiers with 9 levels). After the probation period ends and upon successful completion of the skill-level assessment, the monthly salary can range from 3,000 to 5,600 yuan. (For senior professionals with extensive expertise, the salary is negotiable and can reach up to 7,000 to 8,000 yuan.)

   Administrative personnel The monthly salary structure consists of: basic salary + performance-based bonus + position-level salary (divided into 2 levels and 3 grades). After the probation period ends and upon passing the job competency assessment and level determination, the monthly salary can range from 3,500 to 6,000 yuan.

   Engineering and technical personnel The monthly salary structure consists of: base salary + performance-based bonus + technical grade salary (divided into 6 levels). After the probation period ends and upon successful technical-grade assessment, the monthly salary can range from 4,500 to 9,000 yuan (for recent undergraduate graduates, the monthly salary after the probation period can exceed 4,000 yuan).

   (2) Benefits
