The TTP series stationary crushing stations (hereinafter referred to as “crushing stations”) are primarily used at the feed inlet or grizzly screens of various types of mining and quarry crushers, where they perform secondary crushing of large-sized materials. This product boasts high crushing capacity, smooth operation, low noise levels, reliable performance, and ease of operation. It effectively reduces workers’ labor intensity, improves the on-site working environment, and enhances work efficiency. Taking into account the specific requirements of different mining sites, our company’s selected stationary crushers fully meet the operational needs of most mines. The cab is fully sealed and equipped with air conditioning, creating a superior working environment for operators!

Product Technical Performance

1. The breaker we’ve selected is from South Korea’s Engineering Corps. GB T Series This model boasts exceptional impact force and maximizes oil output, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and improving work quality. It is durable, easy to maintain, and offers swift after-sales service. GBT Series The breaker can crush per hour. 3 0 tons of ore, with a crushing size of approximately 1.5 m³, with a maximum rock hardness coefficient for crushing of F17 All indicators meet and even exceed the operating conditions of most mines.

2. The structural components have undergone strength verification and aging treatment, and are fabricated using high-strength structural steel via stamping and gas-shielded welding techniques, enabling them to withstand heavy loads. The maximum breaking distance of the working arm can reach: 5.3 m, the recent breakable distance is 2.2 m, span 3.2 m, with a working coverage area of up to 44 m, rotation angle 120 °, the maximum working height is 3.5 m, which can cover most of the feed inlet or screen area.

3. The key components of the hydraulic system—such as constant-pressure variable pumps, hydraulic proportional multi-way valves, pilot-operated control valves, balance valves, and cushioning valves—are all sourced from reputable domestic or imported brands. The system features a simple, flexible, efficient, reliable operation with a high safety factor, energy savings, reduced consumption, and smooth operation.

4. The electronic control device uses AC. The system is driven by a 380V 50Hz motor and features control over parameters such as pressure, oil level, oil temperature, and operating time, as well as alarm indications. PLC The centralized control device and its wiring connections feature a higher degree of protection. IP54 ), stainless steel housing, clean and energy-efficient, low operating costs, highly adaptable, and suitable for a variety of harsh environments with high temperatures, high humidity, and high dust concentrations.

5. The cooling system employs air-cooled coolers to control the oil temperature, ensuring reliable long-term operation of the equipment. This provides protection for hydraulic components and wear-prone parts, thereby extending the service life of both the entire machine and its individual components and reducing the frequency of after-sales maintenance.

6. The cab features a sealed, air-conditioned design with a well-organized ergonomic layout, providing operators with a more comfortable and relaxed working environment.

 

7. After shot blasting to remove rust, apply the military-grade aircraft-carrier rust-preventive primer to further enhance the equipment’s rust and corrosion resistance under outdoor conditions and extend its service life.
