This model is a specialized piece of equipment widely used in China’s non-coal mines for addressing the hazards of roof and sidewall collapses in mine shafts and tunnels. It is also known as a tunnel cleaning machine or a roof-prying vehicle. Key technical features of this model include:

1. The scientifically and rationally designed structural configuration meets the requirements of various underground mine roadway conditions, including turning radii, gradeability, and passage for mining operations. Specifically, the vehicle features a dedicated chassis, a front-mounted bulldozer blade, a fully sealed axle (with pressure-loss protection), and a matching MICO braking system from the U.S., along with a remote-control operating device—all of which ensure safety, stability, and reliability, placing it at the forefront of the industry.

2. Utilizing high-strength structural steel stamping processes, Haoke energy stress aging treatment, and gas-shielded welding technology, the vehicle’s structural components have undergone strength verification and are capable of withstanding heavy loads.

3. The rotating structural design of the working arm and the chipping hammer head provides a large coverage area, meeting the requirements for all-around chipping and hazard removal operations.

4. The key components of the hydraulic system—including the chipping hammer, hydraulic oil pump, plate-type proportional control lever, solenoid valve assembly, hydraulically controlled multi-way valve, priority valve assembly, rotary reducer, swing cylinder and hydraulic cylinder, and braking system—are all sourced from reputable domestic and imported brands. These components boast reliable quality and performance, high safety margins, energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and smooth operation.

5. The system oil temperature is controlled using air-cooling technology, which is scientifically sound, reasonably designed, and features low operation and maintenance costs.

6. The cab and control system feature a well-designed, ergonomically optimized layout. Equipped with a sealed air-conditioned cab, a dual-seat cab, centralized controls, and remote operation capabilities, the design is both scientifically sound and remarkably comfortable and effortless. The entire vehicle boasts safe and stable operation, exceptional maneuverability, remote control functionality, rapid evacuation capability, and robust protective features—fully highlighting the characteristics of modern mechanized equipment.

7. For the vehicle’s overall coating, shot blasting is used to remove rust, and a military-grade anti-rust primer designed for aircraft carriers is applied, ensuring strong rust and corrosion resistance as well as an extended service life under various operating conditions.
